Payment and Cancellation Policy
Booking/Payment
Once you have submitted your information through the “book now” page, you can expect a response via email within 24 hours. Once we have decided on a date and time, 50% of the session fee is due in order to secure your date. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirming the details. Once the payment is made in full, you are booked for your date.
Cancellations
If you need to change the date once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. The 50% booking fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling at least 24 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. If you are a no-show you will forfeit the booking fee.
In the unlikely event that Cassie has to cancel for any reason the client will be contacted to reschedule. If a new time or date is not agreeable the client will be refunded within 5 working days.
